Management and leadership of the organization, including the organization and tourism companies, in the third millennium, deals with specific problems and difficulties. As the organizations are looking for ways to help their employees move toward the goals of the organization, increasing the importance of positivity and focusing on growth potential empowerment instead of focusing on weaknesses will be understood and organizational studies are directed toward positivity. Hospitality is a very dynamic profession as a profitable industry in the tourism industry, and the competitiveness in the hotel industry depends on being innovative and delivering superior quality of services. In this regard, the role of total management and supervisors of these services in positive leadership and creating creativity and innovation in the behavior of their employees and in the path of green sustainability is a question. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of positive leadership of green innovative behavior of hospitality staff of eco - hotels in Kashan city. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and according to the method of data collection is descriptive - correlation. The population of this study includes employees of all residential quarters of kashan city that according to their number and available population, sampling method was selected from simple probabilistic type and 73 people were determined. To analyze the data, software and software (spss) were used. The results show that the significant coefficient of positive leadership and green innovative behavior of employees is more than 0.96, which shows the significance of the components and the relationships between variables at a confidence level of 95 %. The R2 value for the dependent variable of green innovative behavior of employees is 0/510, which shows the strong average fit for the structural model. The Q2 value is related to the green innovative behavior of employees higher than 0.02, which shows the moderate fit to the structural model. The value of the obtained criterion for the general model of this research is about 0/640 which indicates the overall fit of the model. Therefore, according to path coefficients and significant coefficients or statistics T, positive leadership has a significant effect on the green innovative behavior of employees.
