fa تحلیل ساختار و کارکرد شبکه خانه‌موزه‌های مشاهیر ادبی ایران با تأکید بر نقش آن‌ها در دیپلماسی فرهنگی و حافظه ملی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" zar=""><span style="color:black">شبکه‌سازی میان خانه‌موزه‌های مشاهیر ادبی ایران به‌منزله راهبردی نوین در ارتقای نقش فرهنگی و بین‌المللی این فضاها، موضوعی است که تاکنون در ادبیات پژوهشی ایران به‌شکل منسجم مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. با توجه به ظرفیت بی‌بدیل خانه‌موزه‌های ادبی در حفظ و بازنمایی حافظه ملی، تقویت هویت فرهنگی و نیز ایفای نقش در دیپلماسی فرهنگی، این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل ساختار و کارکرد این شبکه و شناسایی الزامات توسعه آن انجام شده است. در این راستا، با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با مدیران، کارشناسان و کنشگران فرهنگی در هشت خانه‌موزه ادبی فعال در ایران گردآوری شد. همچنین اسناد، محتوای وب‌سایت‌ها و برنامه‌های فرهنگی آن‌ها تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که خانه‌موزه‌های ادبی فاقد یک شبکه‌ منسجم و پایدار هستند و فعالیت‌های آنان عمدتاً به‌صورت جزیره‌ای و غیرهم‌افزا انجام می‌شود. نبود ساختار هماهنگ، ضعف در برنامه‌ریزی مشترک، کمبود زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال و ناهماهنگی‌های نهادی از جمله موانع توسعه شبکه به‌شمار می‌آیند. در مقابل، وجود بدنه مخاطب وفادار، هویت فرهنگی غنی، و امکان بهره‌برداری بین‌المللی از چهره‌های ادبی ایرانی از جمله ظرفیت‌هایی است که می‌تواند مبنای شکل‌گیری شبکه‌ای نوین باشد. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش بر ضرورت ایجاد &laquo;شبکه خانه‌موزه‌های ادبی ایران&raquo; به‌عنوان بستری برای هم‌افزایی، انتقال تجربه، خلق برنامه‌های مشترک، و گسترش نقش فرهنگی و دیپلماتیک آن‌ها تأکید دارد. اساسی‌ترین یافته این پژوهش آن است که خانه‌موزه‌های ادبی تنها در بستر یک شبکه منسجم می‌توانند به کنشگران فعال در حوزه فرهنگ ملی و بین‌المللی بدل شوند و از وضعیت منفعل فعلی عبور کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">Networking among Iran&rsquo;s literary celebrity house-museums represents an emerging strategy for enhancing the cultural and international roles of these spaces&mdash;an issue that has yet to be systematically addressed in Iranian academic literature. Given the unique potential of literary house-museums in preserving and representing national memory, strengthening cultural identity, and contributing to cultural diplomacy, this study aims to analyze the structure and function of this network and identify the requirements for its development. Employing a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with managers, experts, and cultural actors across 8 active literary house-museums in Iran. Additional materials, including official documents, website content, and programmatic activities, were also examined. Findings indicate that literary house-museums currently lack a cohesive and sustainable network, with most of their activities being fragmented and uncoordinated. Key obstacles to network development include the absence of a unified structure, weak collaborative planning, inadequate digital infrastructure, and institutional misalignment. Conversely, the presence of a loyal audience base, rich cultural identity, and international appeal of Iranian literary figures present significant opportunities for establishing a dynamic new network. The study concludes by emphasizing the urgent need for a national &quot;Network of Literary House-Museums of Iran&quot; to foster synergy, experience-sharing, co-creation of cultural programs, and expansion of their cultural and diplomatic impact.
