fa ارزیابی وضعیت شاخص‌­های گردشگری خلاق و سنجش اثرات آن بر سرزندگی شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر اراک) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span lang="AR-SA">امروزه با توجه به افزایش انفجاری جمعیت شهرها در سراسر دنیا برنامه‌ریزان شهری به دنبال ارائه راهکارهایی جدید برای غلبه بر این مشکلات هستند و یکی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">از</span> <span lang="AR-SA">مفاهیم</span> <span lang="AR-SA">جدید</span> <span lang="AR-SA">برای</span> <span lang="AR-SA">کاهش</span> <span lang="AR-SA">مشکلات</span> <span lang="AR-SA">شهرها</span> <span lang="AR-SA">در</span> <span lang="AR-SA">عرصه</span> <span lang="AR-SA">برنامه‌&shy;ریزی</span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">شهری،</span> <span lang="AR-SA">توسعه</span> <span lang="AR-SA">گردشگری خلاق</span> <span lang="AR-SA">است</span> <span lang="AR-SA">که</span> <span lang="AR-SA">در</span> <span lang="AR-SA">چند سال</span> <span lang="AR-SA">اخیر</span> <span lang="AR-SA">بسیار</span> <span lang="AR-SA">موردتوجه</span> <span lang="AR-SA">قرارگرفته</span> <span lang="AR-SA">است</span><span lang="FA">، بنابراین هدف تحقیق حاضر تحلیل رابطه فضایی شاخص&shy;‌های گردشگری خلاق و سرزندگی شهرها در محلات شهر اراک است. داده&shy;‌ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز به دو روش کتابخانه‌&shy;ای و پیمایشی جمع‌آوری گردید و بعد از تحلیل در نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">EXCEL</span><span lang="FA"> وارد نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">GIS</span><span lang="FA"> شد و با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیره در قالب مدل </span><span dir="LTR">GWR</span><span lang="FA"> مورد تحلیل فضایی قرار گرفت. نمونه آماری تحقیق ۳۸۴ نفر از شهروندان شهر اراک بوده‌&shy;اند و نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، وضعیت شاخص‌&shy;های گردشگری خلاق در شرایط نامطلوبی قرار دارد و محلات حاشیه‌&shy;ای شهر در وضعیت ضعیف‌&shy;تری قرار دارند. همچنین </span><span lang="AR-SA">شاخص‌های سرزندگی در شهر اراک از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیستند به‌طوری‌ که اکثر محلات دارای میانگین امتیازی پایین‌تر از ۳ هستند. ‌</span><span lang="FA">همچنین</span><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج تحلیل فضایی مدل </span><span dir="LTR">GWR</span><span lang="AR-SA"> نشان داد: </span><span lang="FA">بر اساس آماره </span><span dir="LTR">R۲</span><span lang="FA"> رابطه متغیر مستقل (گردشگری خلاق) با متغیر وابسته (سرزندگی شهری) در ۲ شاخص، راحتی و آسایش، ایمنی و امنیت به ترتیب ۷۲% و ۶۳% است و شاخص‌&shy;های گردشگری خلاق می&shy;‌توانند تأثیرگذاری بالایی بر سرزندگی محلات شهر اراک مخصوصاً در مناطق شرقی، جنوبی و جنوب غربی شهر داشته باشند. همچنین آماره </span><span dir="LTR">R۲</span><span lang="FA"> نشان داد که تأثیرگذاری شاخص&shy;‌های گردشگری خلاق بر ابعاد، جذابیت و تنوع بصری و کیفیت جذابیت و تنوع بصری متغیر سرزندگی محلات شهر اراک در وضعیت تقریباً متوسط ۵</span><span dir="LTR">۳</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="font-family:Zar"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;">% قرار دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Nowadays, due to the explosive increase in the population of cities around the world, urban planners are looking for new solutions to overcome these problems, and one of the new concepts for reducing the problems of cities in the field of urban planning is the development of creative tourism, which has received much attention in the past few years. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to analyze the spatial relationship between creative tourism indicators and the vitality of cities in the neighborhoods of Arak city. The required data and information were collected by two methods: library and survey methods, and after analysis in EXCEL software, they were entered into GIS software and spatially analyzed using multivariate regression in the form of the GWR model. The statistical sample of the study was 384 citizens of Arak city. The results of the study showed that the status of creative tourism indicators is in an unfavorable condition and the peripheral neighborhoods of the city are in a weaker condition. Also, the vitality indicators in Arak city are not in a favorable condition, so that most neighborhoods have an average score lower than 3. Also, the results of the spatial analysis of the GWR model showed: Based on the R2 statistic, the relationship between the independent variable (creative tourism) and the dependent variable (urban vitality) in two indicators, comfort and convenience, safety and security, is 72% and 63%, respectively, and creative tourism indicators can have a high impact on the vitality of Arak city neighborhoods, especially in the eastern, southern and southwestern regions of the city.
